GENERAL RELEASE
TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME OR MAY CONCERN:
KNOW THAT,
_________________ and __________________ (the "RELEASORS”), for good and valuable consideration received from _______________ (the “RELEASEE”), the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the RELEASEE and/or his/her administrators, principals, heirs, agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns, from any and all causes of action, suits, debts, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, extents, executions, claims, counterclaims and demands, of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether in law, admiralty or equity, which, as against the RELEASEE, the RELEASORS and/or their respective administrators, principals, heirs, agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns ever had, may now have or may hereafter have, for, upon or by reason of any matter, cause or thing, of any kind or nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, any claim, cause of action and/or demand arising out of or relating to the parties' business, professional and/or personal dealings, or any of them, from the beginning of the world to the date of this RELEASE.
It is understood and agreed that neither this RELEASE nor any of the terms herein set forth may be waived and/or modified in any manner other than by a writing signed by both the RELEASORS and the RELEASEE.
