I have had the misfortune of engaging attorneys too many times in the last few years. Divorce, employment and business disputes that combined to make my life miserable, each with its own lawyers. Too many of these lawyers simply didn't care, and made an already bad situation much worse. Stuart Melnick is not one of those lawyers.

I hired Stuart to help with a filing in commercial litigation in NY that was an offshoot of these messy issues. He was very responsive, clearly explained the arguments to be used in the filing, and very efficient. Combine that with his experience, and you get a lawyer who is truly a catch. I highly recommend him.
